Synopsis
According to the Association of Media Women in Kenya (AMWIK 2014), Kisumu County Assembly is the most balanced. It has 19 female and 30 male members thus meeting the two- thirds maximum Constitutional threshold of either gender to elective and appointive offices. However, most women aspiring for top leadership and decision-making positions continue to face great barriers ranging from insecurities and poor access to information. Wilson Rotich tells us more in this documentary.
